Anand Bhatt Is Harassed By American Condominium Board

Anand Bhatt, after a long celebrity signing tour, returned home to discover a legal letter from the condo board of one of his properties. The letter wrongfully accused the rock star of renting his unit while he was on the road. Furthermore, the false accusation came with a hefty fine.

Bhatt has shareholders, agents, and housesitters that visit the property for periods while he is away (which is often). It was one of these members that were cited as being a “renter” in the false allegations.

“I provided evidence to vindicate myself but the evidence was ignored,” said Bhatt when questioned about the situation, “I had a clear and distinct feeling when attending the hearing that no matter what I provided or proved the decision was already made that I was guilty with the burden of having to show innocence.”

Unfortunately, this happens quite a bit to homeowners. It is called Condo Board Bullying or Home Owner Associatioin Bullying and individual owners have little to no recourse without long and drawn out expensive legal battles. This particular board cleverly charged a fine that was just less than what it would cost Bhatt’s attorneys to vindicate him from the false accusation.

Why would a Condo Board attack a public figure as such (or any owner for that matter)?
It was revealed at a recent board meeting of the Oak Park building that the residents are in need of new washing machines, carpet, and roof repair. The condominium board members are well aware of Anand Bhatt’s wealth and it seems that a scam may have been cooked up to attempt to extract the money for repairs out of the celebrity rocker.

The residents and board members of the Oak Park building appear to be envious and resentful of Anand Bhatt’s success. Bhatt’s neighbors have seen him grow rapidly from an every day working man to suddenly driving fancy cars, returning from exotic travels, and disappearing to one of his multiple vacation houses for months at a time.

“It’s sad,” added Bhatt, “If that’s the case, then they could have just ASKED me for the money. I own part of the building too, I would have helped out.”

It remains to be seen if the 34 year old millionaire will let go of what is a negligible amount to him or fight condo board corruption out of principle.

Luckily Anand Bhatt could not be brought down on what most of us would consider a bad day. He is too busy being thrilled about the new endorsement deals being worked out this week, as well as a large worldwide Charity Tour, all of which we will get to hear the announcements about soon.
